DISCLOSURE
*APR = Annual Percentage Rate. The promotional rate of 3.99% APR is available for the first 6 months. After the introductory period, your rate will be determined based on individual creditworthiness. This is a fixed-rate loan, and the APR is not based on an index. Rates are subject to change based on market conditions and borrower eligibility. Repayment terms of 10-years available for fixed portions. Line of credit has a 3-year draw period with a maximum of 10-year repayment period. Home Equity Line of Credit base rate with A+ credit is 7.99% APR, which includes a discount for first lien position. Potential line of credit must be a minimum of $10,000 with a maximum amount of $100,000. Your payment during the repayment period will never be less than the smaller of $50.00 or the full amount that you owe. The minimum credit advance that you can receive is $100. Interest-only payments are based on the amount borrowed. Interest begins to accrue on the day an advance is made.
Payment Example: If you made only the minimum monthly payment and took no other credit advances, it would take 13 years to pay off a credit advance of $10,000 at an APR of 7.99%, with A+ credit and including applicable discounts such as first lien position. During that period, you would make 36 payments of $67.93 followed by 120 payments of $139.64. This example is an estimate and includes our best monthly payment. Payment example also includes monthly premiums for Debt Protection with Single Life Plus, Disability, and Involuntary Unemployment. Your purchase of Debt Protection is optional and will not affect your application for credit or the terms of any credit agreement required to obtain a loan. Certain eligibility requirements, conditions, and exclusions may apply. You may cancel the protection at any time. If you cancel protection within 30 days, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid.
Rates are accurate as of 4/1/2024.
